When someone comes to measure your windows, it’s Jason — the actual owner, not a subcontractor who’s been sent out for the day. And when there’s an issue (it’s rare, but it happens), we’re a phone call away and we’ll sort it quickly because our reputation depends on it.
We’ve been doing this for over 17 years now. Jason started the business on his own and Melissa came on board to handle the admin and bookings. Between us we’ve fitted blinds and shutters in hundreds of homes across East Sussex. We know the products inside out and we’ll always give you straight advice, even if that means talking you out of the expensive option.
We don’t do hard sells. We don’t do “today only” prices. We just come round, show you what’s available, measure up, and send you a quote. If you want to go ahead, brilliant. If you want to think about it, that’s fine too.
