First, you get in touch — phone, email, or the form on our website. Melissa will get back to you and arrange a time for Jason to pop round. You’ll get a text to confirm the appointment.
When Jason arrives, he’ll have the full range of samples with him. He’ll have a look at your windows, talk through what you’re after, and show you what would work best. There’s no rush — take your time, ask questions, and have a good look at everything.
While he’s there, he’ll take all the measurements. Then within 24 hours, Melissa will email you a quote. That’s the price. No hidden extras, no “if you sign today” nonsense.
If you decide to go ahead, Melissa will call to arrange your fitting date. Jason does all the installations himself, so you know it’s going to be done properly.
